1. Service Description

RosterOdds provides fantasy sports analysis tools and informational insights, including a trade analyzer, mock draft simulator, profile features, and related account functionality.

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy or outcome.

2. Accounts and Credentials

Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Independent Service

RosterOdds is an independent analytics tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, the NFL, or any fantasy sports provider.

4. Authorization to Access League Data

By connecting a fantasy platform, you authorize RosterOdds to retrieve and temporarily store league data required to generate analysis.

You confirm you have permission to access and share the league data you connect.

Disconnecting a league stops synchronization but cached data may remain until automatic expiration.

5. Data Retention

Imported league data is automatically deleted after 60 days of inactivity or upon deletion request.

6. No Gambling or Financial Services

RosterOdds does not provide betting, wagering, or financial services.

Displayed odds are public market indicators used for informational analysis only. No bets are placed or accepted on this website.

7. Informational Use Only

All analysis, recommendations, rankings, and trade evaluations are informational tools.

We do not guarantee:

• Fantasy performance
• League results
• Competitive outcomes
• Financial gain

Users make all roster decisions at their own discretion and risk.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Reverse engineer algorithms
• Scrape or copy large portions of data
• Use automated bots
• Misrepresent affiliation with RosterOdds

9. Sharing Features

RosterOdds allows you to share trade analysis results via shareable links and your device's native sharing capabilities (e.g., text message, email, social media).

Shared links encode player names and analysis settings in the URL. You are responsible for the content you share and the recipients you choose. RosterOdds does not send messages on your behalf and does not access your contacts.

10. Third-Party Links and Shared Login Services

RosterOdds contains links to third-party websites, including FantasyHype (fantasyhype.com). These external sites are not operated by FantasySleeper LLC, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service.

Accessing third-party links is at your own discretion and risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

We may operate shared authentication and account infrastructure across RosterOdds and FantasyHype. If enabled, your login credentials and account status may be used to authenticate you across both services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on RosterOdds — including but not limited to trade analysis algorithms, player valuation models, rankings data, mock draft tools, site design, logos, and branding — is the property of FantasySleeper LLC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of shared trade links.

12. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without liability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FantasySleeper LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, league results, financial losses, or disputes arising from use of the service or reliance on its analysis.

14. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute relating to this service shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

Users waive participation in class-action lawsuits.

Arbitration shall occur in the jurisdiction of FantasySleeper LLC's formation.

15. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
